Personally $40 is way too much for this place even if we did not have the above issues. We stayed at a very nice place the night before for $22. I would not recommend this place and will never return. Come join us for an awesome camping adventure! We have sites for everything from tents to trailers.
From December to April, parking is offsite at a designated parking lot. There is a 2-night minimum stay and a 3-night minimum stay on long weekends. If you will be sleeping in a tent this location likely has a site to accommodate you. We are one of the oldest campgrounds in new york state, as well as a third-generation family-owned campground. Over the 65 years in business we've out grown the original campsites but maintain the name as a historical reference to our founders and our Dads. Do Not approach people's campsites or pets without their permission. This place is a nasty joke they prompt domestic violence. Please don't pay for this place to profit at the cost of women and families. Trust me this place is a hell hole we are not in the past it's about community and the people that become family in our community. What happened to the American Way.

We missed a small area around our tire and now have an ant problem in the trailer. However, the pool was well kept, and the attendant's seemed to be doing what they could to help. Roe Campground generally offers the most private, well-drained sites. The beach near this campground is less crowded and offers great access for fishing.

From Camping Sonnenstrand you have a magnificent view of the Rhine Valley and the heavy shipping traffic on this river. This is a good place to stay for a day or two. Sites are on grass/dirt and not the most level.
Water - Water hookups or water fill locations. Water is available here for your drinking pleasure. Arrowhead Campsites in Marianna Florida caters to long term guests with full hookup RV sites. A dump station is located across from the pay station. A campground host is available for visitor assistance. Arrowhead Campground lies in the Badin Lake Recreation Area, a hub for outdoor activities in central North Carolina's Uwharrie National Forest. The variety of sites in the campground offer a comfortable stay for both RV and tent campers. Bathhouse with flush toilets and showers available. Several campsites with electrical hookup but no water hookups at campsites.
People were friendly and we had no problems. Cable for tv, no wifi that we know of. There was some road noise from interstate close by but we will stop here again. If you want to cool off take a sip in the pool available at this campground or RV park.
