Bloom is the outcome of two sisters following their dreams. Chelsey Wilkes and Jana Tillman had a vision - a vision to open a salon that radiates relaxation, creativity and positivity. Nearly 5 years later, those dreams grew into bigger dreams and they relocated into a bigger salon space, doubling their team of stylists. During the 8th year of business they relocated yet again, settling into a perfect space they feel will be the salon’s long term home. This March of 2024 marks 13 years for Jana and Chelsey’s vision being a reality. Bloom continues to grow substantially through each new year, and through each change they have endured.
